Do I need to be tech-savvy to offer this?

Absolutely not!

We’ll literally do all the heavy lifting for you and also provide you with a dedicated Account Manager to answer any questions you have and ensure everything runs smoothly.

We will of course give you full training on how to use the platform, if you do want to be able to manage things for yourself, but this is a fully done for you service.

Can I customise the training videos included?

Yes! You can choose the specific training videos you’d like from our catalogue to match the platforms most relevant to your community’s needs.

You can also ask us to create training if there’s something you’d like to offer your community that doesn’t yet exist in our catalogue.

What if I don't have a domain name?

No worries! We’ll walk you through the process of purchasing a domain if you don’t already have one, or we can create a subdomain for you as well.

Do I have to offer this tech support to my community for free?

Not at all! The choice is yours. You can offer this as a free benefit to your community, or you can create a premium membership with exclusive access to the tech support and training videos. We’ll guide you through both options.

Will you create training that I request?

If you’d like to offer your community access to training on a specific platform that isn’t in our catalogue, please make a request via your Account Manager.

If others are likely to benefit from the training as well, we will add it to our workflow and work on creating the training for you.

Please note, if it’s a very niche training specific to your business that no one else would benefit from, we possibly won’t be able to create it for you.

How long does it take to get started?

Once you’ve signed up and completed the onboarding process, your custom platform will be built and ready to go within 2 weeks!

What if I have more than 250 people in my community?

That’s absolutely fine.

You can purchase a monthly bolt-on in increments of 100 members for £50.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Yes, due to the custom nature of these packages, our monthly offer does come with a minimum 6 month commitment. This means you cannot cancel your subscription within the first 6 months.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

We understand that needs can change. If you decide to cancel your subscription after your 6 month minimum term, you will lose access to your site and content.
